Each piece is individually painted by hand with 3 layers of resin. They are then let to fully cure for at least 2 weeks to harden fully. As each piece is individually painted it is not possible to recreate the same painting so each piece is unique! There might be some slight imperfections that are to be seen as a Unique part of the piece itself.

Production time for the Custom Key Chain is around 10 days, please specify the shape and required initials for each piece in the comments during checkout.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns. 'Custom or personalised orders' and 'Items on sale' are non-refundable. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery for any issues. For returning items, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All items will be sent via the Hongkong Post service with tracking. Items will usually be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.
