Each piece is individually painted by hand with 4 layers of resin. They are then let to fully cure for at least 2 weeks to harden fully.  As each piece is individually painted it is not possible to recreate the same painting so each phone case is a unique piece! 

Each piece is individually hand made, there might be some slight imperfections which are to be seen as a Unique part of the piece itself.

To care for your case, simply just wipe with a damp cloth if needed, do not use any abrasive material for cleaning.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I am unable to accept returns. 'Custom or personalised orders' and 'Items on sale' are non-refundable. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery for any issues. For returning items, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

All items will be sent via the Hongkong Post service with tracking. Items will usually be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days.

I try to be as environmentally friendly as possible when I'm producing and packaging my products. All my products will be in a basic package, reusing materials where possible that will suitably protect the product during shipping. Thank you for doing our little bit for our Earth! ♻️
